By placing an order with Luxcast, you agree to provide accurate contact, shipping, and payment information. Orders are subject to product availability and successful payment.

We may contact you if additional information is needed to complete or fulfill an order. Luxcast may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled, or there is an obvious pricing or listing error.

Pricing and payment

Prices displayed on the website are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, product availability, and promotions may change over time.

Payments for automated website orders are processed using Square. Applicable taxes and other charges are shown or communicated as part of the ordering process when required.

Products and availability

Luxcast offers collectible cars, signed limited-edition fine-art prints, posters, and related collectible products. Some items may be produced or offered in limited quantities and may sell out.

We work to present products accurately. Screen settings, photography, materials, hand-finishing, and manufacturing characteristics can result in reasonable differences in appearance between an image and a physical item.

Shipping

Standard U.S. shipping is included for orders delivered within the 50 states and Washington, D.C. International collectors are welcome, with international shipping quoted separately before the order is finalized.

International orders

International orders are subject to destination availability, carrier service, and applicable laws or restrictions. Import duties, VAT, brokerage fees, or similar destination charges not collected by Luxcast may be the responsibility of the recipient, subject to applicable law.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Eligible returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery under the conditions described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Nothing in these terms is intended to limit consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Website content and intellectual property

The Luxcast name, branding, website design, product photography, artwork, written content, graphics, and other original materials displayed on this site are owned by or used with permission by Luxcast and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, or commercially exploited without permission, except as allowed by applicable law.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
